Get up to R10 000 Cashback – our promise to you. This is subject to a purchase price of R3 500 000 or more.
Yes, we reward you for using our service.
You’ll receive R10,000 cashback when:
- Your home loan is approved through us
- Your bond is successfully registered
Your payment will be made after registration is confirmed.
We only get paid if your bond goes through us – this is how we’re able to reward you.
Important (Please Read – This Protects Your Cashback)
To qualify for the cashback:
- Please don’t apply directly with banks or through another originator once you’ve started with us
- If you do, unfortunately, the cashback will fall away
Credit Check Consent (Important)
By using our service, you agree that:
- We may request and access your credit profile from registered credit bureaus
- Your application may be submitted to multiple banks, each of which may
perform their own credit check - These checks may be recorded on your credit profile as enquiries
This is a normal part of the home loan process and helps banks assess your application.
What You Agree To
By using our service, you confirm that:
- The information you give us is true and accurate
- You authorise us to submit your application to banks on your behalf
- You understand that final approval is up to the bank, not us
What We Don’t Do
We don’t:
- Charge hidden fees
- Give financial or legal advice
- Guarantee approval (but we seriously improve your chances)
Your Privacy Matters
Your information is:
- Kept secure and confidential
- Only shared with banks and necessary parties
- Handled in line with South Africa’s POPIA laws
Fair Use
We reserve the right to:
- Decline applications with incorrect or misleading information
- Withhold cashback if terms are not met
